Malaysia will be an aged society in 2044 (with 14 per cent of its population aged 65 and over, and the number of people over 65 years in Malaysia is projected to triple from two million today to over six million by 2040. What are the challenges we face to age healthily and maintain wellbeing in old age? How do we achieve healthy ageing, starting from now?

HUMS presents our "Healthy Ageing in Malaysia" Forum, with our highly esteemed panel of speakers from Malaysia and the USA covering various topics including lifestyle, mental health and physical health in our journey to ageing well.
