Short bio:
Professor (Dr.) Gary Lit Ying Loong obtained his BSc degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS), under the Singapore Service Commission (PSC) Merit Scholarship in 1979. He later pursued his MBA and MSc in the UK and obtained his PhD from the University of Melbourne in Australia. After retiring from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), he became a Visiting Professor to several universities in Asia and Europe. Besides conducting lectures and seminars, he is a regular contributor to New Straits Times and Star newspapers, and has also given numerous interviews with the major newspapers and TV stations in both Asia and Europe.
