The Institut Marin Borneo (IMB), one of the well-established institutes of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ (UMS), is pleased to announce the upcoming International Conference on Marine Science and Aquaculture (ICOMSA) 2026, taking place from 27-29thÌýOctober 2026 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

Carrying the themeÌý“Ocean Resilience for Planetary Healthâ€, ICOMSA 2026 places the spotlight on the critical connection between healthy ocean ecosystems and sustainable aquaculture practices, both of which play an important role in supporting food security, coastal livelihoods, and economic growth. In an era of increasing climate stress and resource pressure, this conference brings marine and aquaculture sciences together to share evidence-based research, technological innovation, and practical approaches for long-term sustainability.
