Subject: University Intergrated Information System (SMBU) - Finance For University Malaysia Sabah
UMS is in the process of converting the current financial system to the University Integrated Information System (SMBU)-Finance. User access to Saga-century and its subsystem will be suspended starting from 16th until 28th February 2018.
All are required to ensure financial matters and documentation attached in Annex A be completed and submitted to the Financial Operation Zone of each respective department by 13 February 2018 (Tuesday) at 3.30 pm.
