INTRODUCTION:

Assalamualaikum, and good day to all respected UMS colleagues. We are a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UMS. We are conducting a research on the 鈥淚mpact of COVID-19 to the Quality of Life of UMS Staffs During Movement Control Order 1.0 (MCO 1.0) from March 18th 鈥� May 3rd, 2020鈥�. This research is under the Skim Dana Khas Grant (SDK) 0262 UMS. This questionnaire is to be answered by all lecturers, administration personnel, and supporting staffs.
