Yayasan Penyelidikan Antartika Sultan Mizan (YPASM) is pleased to announce that in conjunction with its 10th Anniversary in 2022, YPASM will be awarding four (4) medals to four (4) highly exceptional Malaysians with outstanding contribution in the field of Antarctic science and/or diplomacy as below:

1. National Antarctic Medal

2. YPASM Medal for Excellence in Antarctic Research

3. YPASM Medal for Young Polar Scientists

4. YPASM Medal for Polar Education and Communication

The nominations will be assessed based on the established Terms of Reference (ToR) by YPASM for the Medals and information and materials provided by nominators. The ToR and relevant forms can be downloaded at .
