Higher education institutions have a vital role to play in shaping the leaders of tomorrow. To achieve this, promoting diversity and inclusivity is essential, as it can help to create a learning environment that is inclusive and diverse. This can lead to improved academic outcomes, promote social justice and equity, enhance the institution's reputation, and prepare students to be responsible global citizens.ÌýTherefore, promoting diversity and inclusivity is not only a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage for organizations in today's globalized world.ÌýIt is essential for higher education institutions to prioritize leading diversity and take concrete steps toward promoting it.
