Introduction
CEO@Faculty 2.0 aims at exposing university lecturers听below 40 years old with doctoral degrees to the rudiments and听operations of the industry. The programme celebrated the CEOs听who have voluntarily accepted the task of coaching young university lecturers to become future leaders, hence the tagline 鈥淐oached by the Pro". This initiative was introduced in April 2017 when the selected candidates were placed at the respective CEOs鈥� offices. These lecturers, referred to as fellows, were presented with a six-month assignment to embrace the corporate culture of听 managing a high-profile company.
