Centre of Research in Energy and Advanced Materials (CREAM)

The Centre of Research in Energy and Advanced Materials (CREAM) was established in 2021 as a multi-disciplinary research platform dedicated to advancing and disseminating knowledge in sustainable energy solutions and innovative material engineering. Located at Faculty of Engineering (FKJ), Â鶹ÊÓƵ (UMS), CREAM brings together a multidisciplinary team of engineers to tackle pressing local, global, and industry challenges. CREAM aims to translate its findings into practical applications, driving the transition toward a better future.
Energy related research:
- Renewable energy (Solar PV, hydropower systems)
- Hydrogen system
- Combustion engineering
- Energy conversion and storage
Materials related research:
- Composite materials
- Nanomaterials
- Tribology
- Additive manufacturing
- Sensors
- Material characterization
To accelerate advancements, CREAM research members are actively engaging with national, international, and industrial collaborators in terms of research projects, grant acquisition, and knowledge sharing. CREAM research members are also dedicated in delivering their outputs in various forms, such as impactful research publication, intellectual properties filing, and innovative research solutions. Interested collaborators or future postgraduate candidates may contact the CREAM researchers for further engagement.
