This book publication is an extension of theÌýAkademi Kepimpinan Pendidikan Tinggi (AKEPT) ForumÌýon “Forum Kesediaan Kepimpinan Dalam Menghadapi Arus Perubahan: Perkembangan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI)’’ which was held onÌý15ÌýNovember 2023. During the forum, a group of experts, researchers, professionals, and policymakers came together to delve into how AI affects leadership and employment dynamics. Through discussion and exploration, the group sought to gain a deeper understanding of how this rapidly advancing technology impacts the leadership and workforce.

We kindly invite authors from the AI and related disciplines to submit their chapters.
